Agreement to Terms

• By accessing or using Project L, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service
• If you do not agree to all terms and conditions, you may not access or use the platform
• These Terms apply to all users, including administrators, editors, and viewers
• You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use this service
• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time

Account Registration & Security

• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for enhanced security
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach
• You may not share your account or credentials with others
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms

Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
• Upload, transmit, or distribute malicious code, viruses, or harmful software
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, servers, or networks
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers/networks connected to the service
• Impersonate any person or entity or falsely state/misrepresent your affiliation
• Use the platform for any illegal, harmful, or abusive purposes
• Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the service without permission
• Circumvent any access restrictions or security features

Content Publishing

• You must comply with all platform policies (Twitter, YouTube, TikTok, etc.) when publishing
• Do not publish content that violates copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights
• Ensure you have all necessary licenses and rights for content you publish
• We are not responsible for content published to third-party platforms

Your Content & Rights

• You retain all ownership rights to content you upload, create, or publish
• By using the service, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and transmit your content
• This license includes the right to generate thumbnails, waveforms, and clips from your streams
• We may use your content to provide, improve, and promote the service
• This license ends when you delete your content or account (subject to backup retention periods)
• You represent and warrant that you own or have permission to use all content you submit
• We do not claim ownership of your content

Third-Party Services & Integrations

• Project L integrates with third-party services (YouTube, Twitter, TikTok, etc.)
• Your use of these integrations is subject to their respective Terms of Service and Privacy Policies
• We are not responsible for the actions, policies, or content of third-party services
• Third-party services may change their APIs, terms, or availability at any time
• You are responsible for maintaining compliance with third-party platform policies
• We may disconnect or disable integrations that violate third-party terms
• OAuth tokens and credentials are stored securely and used only for authorized actions

Prohibited Activities

• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract source code
• Reselling, sublicensing, or redistributing the service without authorization
• Using automated systems (bots, scripts) to access the service without permission
• Overloading or attempting to disrupt our infrastructure
• Creating multiple accounts to evade restrictions or bans
• Engaging in fraudulent activities or payment disputes
• Violating export control or sanctions laws

Disclaimers & Limitations

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation. We are not liable for data loss, service interruptions, or third-party platform issues. You use the service at your own risk.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

Termination & Suspension

• We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms
• You may terminate your account at any time through account settings
• Upon termination, your right to access the service immediately ceases
• We may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes
• Termination does not affect content already published to third-party platforms
• We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from account termination
• Sections of these Terms that should survive termination will remain in effect

Changes to Terms

• We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time
• We will provide notice of material changes via email or platform notification
• Changes become effective immediately upon posting unless otherwise stated
• Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms
• If you do not agree to changes, you must stop using the service
• We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page

Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of Saudi Arabia. You waive the right to participate in class-action lawsuits. Small claims court disputes may be filed in your local jurisdiction.
